Our circa 1986, traditional & classic home is located in Southold NY, LI Wine Region, just 10 minutes from the village of Greenport NY. This old, small town fishing village is arguably the most scenic town on Long Island's North Fork. Here you will find numerous small boutique shops, restaurants & the ferry to Shelter Island etc.
Our home, located a little more than two hours from NYC will offer your family, the North Fork Wine Region where there are beautiful Victorian estates, wineries offering tours, rolling farmlands with local hand-picked products harvested daily for sale, beaches, swimming, beautiful sunsets at Kenney's beach, a 10 minute walk from the house. As well as farm to table restaurants, fishing, biking, golfing, antiquing & nature watching (different kinds of beautiful birds) from our wrap around porch & expansive back yard.
